  • Warranty claims are processed according to our official Refund & Warranty Policy.

4. Order Processing & Cancellation

  • We do not cancel orders arbitrarily.
    Orders are only canceled in extreme cases, such as:
    1. Permanent stock shortages or discontinued products
    2. Errors in product pricing or listing
    3. Fraudulent or suspicious payment activity
  • If we cancel your order, we will notify you promptly and process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • WINGFLEX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or website, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or equipment damage, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
