All products sold by WINGFLEX are designed exclusively for flight simulation and entertainment purposes only. They are not certified, nor intended for use in actual aircraft or real commercial flight operations. WINGFLEX shall not be liable for any damages, injuries or losses arising from improper use, unauthorized modification, or misuse of our products outside their intended simulation environment.

All product designs, software, firmware and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of WINGFLEX. Any reproduction, distribution or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WINGFLEX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data or usability — arising from or related to your use of our products and services, regardless of legal liability theories.

These legal terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Xiamen, Fujian Province.

Our products are covered under a limited warranty as set forth in our Return & Refund Policy. Except as expressly stated herein, we provide no other warranties, whether express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country. All such fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. WINGFLEX assumes no liability for delivery delays, customs seizure or additional costs resulting from local customs regulations.
