1. 1-Year Limited Warranty (Defective Items)
All WINGFLEX products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery.
- If your product experiences functional issues or defects under normal use within this period, we will, at our discretion:
Repair the item at no cost to you
Replace the defective unit with the same or equivalent product
Process a full or partial refund for the purchase amount
- We cover all return shipping costs for warranty claims.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Returns or refunds will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The request is made within the 1-year warranty period for manufacturing defects.
- The product is returned in its original condition, with no signs of accidental damage, misuse, tampering, or unauthorized modifications.
- You have provided valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
The following cases are not eligible for return, refund, or warranty coverage:
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, or use outside of the product’s intended purpose.
- Damage from accidents, drops, spills, or power surges.
- Products modified, disassembled, or repaired by anyone other than WINGFLEX-authorized technicians.
- Normal wear and tear from regular use (e.g., minor cosmetic scratches).
- Orders where payment disputes or chargebacks have been initiated without prior contact with our support team.
3. Non-Defective Returns & Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans change.
- Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us immediately at info@wingflexsim.com.

Non-Defective Returns: For unused, unopened items in original packaging, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. In this case:
You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs.
A 15% restocking fee may apply to cover inspection and processing costs.
Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected in resalable condition.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return or warranty claim is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
- If you paid via PayPal, please ensure your account is verified to avoid delays.
