SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA — Wingflex today announced the DAP 500, a full-function Digital Autopilot Panel designed for general aviation and IFR simulation. Unveiled on the FSElite Stage at FlightSimExpo 2026 in Saint Paul, Minnesota, the DAP 500 opens pre-orders immediately at an early bird price of $139 USD, with shipping expected within three weeks.
Wingflex also previewed the GMP Gear Manage Panel, scheduled for release in September 2026 at $189 USD.
DAP 500 — Digital Autopilot Panel
Inspired by modern GA autopilot systems, the DAP 500 covers core IFR and autopilot functions in a compact, desk-ready form factor. An aluminum stand is included, and the unit ships ready to use.
·Compatibility and control: The DAP 500 is an open HID device. Users can connect via the Wingflex bridge software for plug-and-play operation, configure it through MobiFlight or SPAD.neXt, or use native in-simulator bindings where supported.
·Adaptive backlighting: A built-in ambient light sensor reads the surrounding environment and adjusts display brightness automatically — no manual tuning required.
·Expandable by design: Additional mounting solutions and companion GA panels for stacked configurations will be announced at a later date.

GMP — Gear Manage Panel | Coming September 2026
The Wingflex GMP is a precision landing gear panel built around tactile authenticity. A die-cast aluminum gear handle, hall sensor precision control, and custom toggle switches deliver the weight, resistance, and travel that a gear lever demands.
·Hydraulic indicator: A dedicated circular display running at 60Hz HD resolution provides smooth, real-time animation. The display supports customization for future software features and user-defined content.
·Desktop clock function: The GMP auto-syncs a real-time clock display, keeping the unit useful even when the simulator is not running. The GMP is expected at $189 USD.
